Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: August 7, 2026 · Last Updated: August 7, 2026
1. Our Commitment
XCAPE Academy is committed to making our training platform usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or captioning. Accessibility is treated as part of building the platform, not as an afterthought.
2. Standard We Aim For
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This covers text contrast, keyboard operability, meaningful headings and labels, visible focus, and content that works when text is enlarged.
3. What We Have Done
Pages use semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them. Every form field carries a visible label. Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline. Colour is never the only way information is conveyed. Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content.
4. Known Limitations
Some third-party embedded content — including video players and payment checkout pages — is delivered by external providers and may not fully meet Level AA. Where we know of a limitation, we provide an alternative route to the same outcome on request.
Older lesson material may not yet carry full captions or transcripts. We are captioning material progressively and will supply a transcript for any lesson on request.
5. Alternative Formats and Assistance
If any part of the platform is not accessible to you, we will provide the same information or complete the same task with you by another means at no additional cost — including by email, phone or a scheduled session.
6. Feedback and Complaints
Tell us about any accessibility barrier at support@xcapegroup.com. Include the page and what happened. We acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days and aim to resolve or provide a workaround within 10 business days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant disability or human rights body in your country.
7. Review
This statement is reviewed whenever we make a significant change to the platform, and at least once a year.
